1-Pearson-Campbell Biology Resources

Step 1: Create an account using the Student Access Code.

Go to   www.pearsonschool.com/access

Our code begins with SS so click the “Click Here” on that line.

Click on “Covered titles”

Click on  “Science:

Click on “Campbell 5e/7e AP* Edition”

Click on Student Registration

Agree to the License Form that pops up

• Assuming you don’t have a Pearson Account, click no, and enter the appropriate information. MAKE A RECORD OF THIS, I CAN’T LOOK IT UP FOR YOU!
• Assuming you have a Pearson Account, click yes and log on.

Enter the Student Access Code (or switch to single box for pasting, and paste the code from above in the box.)

Follow the instructions.

STEP 2: Log in

1. Go to http://www.campbellbiology.com and click the appropriate book cover.

2. Under “Established User?” enter the login name and password that you created during registration (step1 1).

3. Click “Log In”. 

STEP 3: Join a class

You need to complete the following steps using the Class ID below.

By “joining a class,” you enable me to view the scored results of your work on the website in my online gradebook.

To join a class:

1. Log into the website. For instructions, see “STEP 2: Log in.”

2. Click “Join a Class” near the top left.

3. Enter your instructor’s “Class ID” and then click “Next”.

4. At the Confirm Class page you will see your instructor’s name and class information. If this information is correct, click Next.

5. Click “Enter Class Now” from the Class Confirmation page.

• To confirm your enrollment in the class, check for your instructor and class name at the top right of the page. You will be sent a class enrollment confirmation email.

• As you complete activities on the website from now through the class end date, your results will post to your instructor’s gradebook, in addition to appearing in your personal view of the Results Reporter.

To log into the class later, follow the instructions under “STEP 2: Log in.”

2- Gizmo Registration

Step 1: Go to http://www.explorelearning.com.

Step 2: Click on the “Enroll in a Class” button in the upper right

hand corner of the web page.

Step 3: Type in your teacher’s class code

Click “Continue” and follow the directions on the site to

complete your enrollment.

Step 4: Write down your username and password

3-Email List Registration – Many of you have done this already….

Email group-  Send a message from your email account to the subscribe address below. The message can be blank. It should subscribe you to the list.
